This unique show features some 300 exhibits and presents the entire spectrum of the work of this famous artist of German Romanticism and Berlin Neoclassicism. Numerous museums and collections from Germany and abroad have parted with their treasures so that they can go on display, first in Berlin and subsequently in Munich, in an exhibition that is built up around the core themes of ‘History’ and ‘Poetry’.
